Zermatt Unplugged is the resort’s winter music festival that has been going since 2007 and features musical acts from around the world.

When is Zermatt Unplugged 2025?
Zermatt Unplugged takes place between 08-12 April 2025.
The party starts on Tuesday 08 April when the show opens and goes on late on Saturday 12 April.
Who’s headlining Zermatt Unplugged 2025?
There have been some massive headline acts in that past. All the headliners play in the vast central Marquee stage with ticket prices starting at CHF65 for the Unplugged Pass
All acts have now been confirmed, including UB40, Amy Maconald and MIKA.
How to buy Zermatt Unplugged passes
There are a variety of passes on sale for the festival, which will be available to buy from Friday 13 December 2024.
A Zermatt Unplugged pass is just CHF65 per person. This pass gives you access to the festival site and entrance to stages across the mountain and town, as well as all the after-parties.
The pass does not include entrance to the big name acts and concerts mentioned above. These tickets are all sold separately, and you can buy just the concert ticket or a variety of VIP packages.
You will be able to book your passes and tickets here from 13 December.
Where are the Zermatt Unplugged venues?
The main stage is in the Marquee in the centre of the village and is where you can also find the Taste Village and Foyerzelt.
This is where the headline concerts are performed.
Other ticketed venues are The Alex Hotel, near to the railway station, the Sunnegga Session stage at the bottom of the Sunnegga-Express and the 17th-century Winkelman Chapel.
Then there are eight other stages with a wide selection of artists and sounds across the town and include the Blue Lounge at the top of the Sunnegga-Express.
You will also find a selection of small side-stages and street performances.
Zermatt Unplugged After Party
Every night once the concerts have finished you don’t have to go home as the official after-parties get underway back at the Alex Hotel.
Each evening there is a different act performing anything from Swing to House. You’ll be able to find a late-night beat to keep you dancing until late.
