“Beautiful Fall Weekend in Zermatt”

Three nights in Chalet Ulysse Zermatt was unforgettable! The uncomplicated booking and friendly service was a nice addition to the cozy and warm chalet! Viewing the Matterhorn every morning while eating breakfast gave us goose bumps! We especially enjoyed the central location, quietness and making fires in the evening… We recommend this chalet to anyone looking for a ‘home-away-from-home’!

“Charming and luxurious”

We first found this chalet on a ski weekend and have been back many times, including during the summer. There is a stunning view of the Matterhorn and the chalet is very close to the ski lift and the cosy restaurant Sonnmatten next door. A short (10minute) walk into Zermatt helps you find a bakery for breakfast, and the chalet has all the catering facilities you need. The owner is very friendly and flexible.

“Wonderful chalet!”

It’s very clean, comfortable, full kitchen tools & tableware, convenient, sauna, so on and just in from of the bus stop. Beautiful Matterhorn views from a bedroom! There was a very good restaurant just in front of the chalet. Very convenient! Fully recommend. I will definitely go there again!

“The best place to stay in Zermatt!”

What an outstanding venue for a family vacation in lovely Zermatt. Spacious, clean, strategically located and overall highest quality, our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our five days and four nights in this home away from home! A sauna, beds for eight with four bathrooms and laundry all made for a positively memorable vacation!

The spectacular views of the Matterhorn from the house, the tasteful decor and professional finishes in the gourmet kitchen, and the quality construction exceeded our already high expectations.

The bedding was divine, the Swiss comforters and feather pillows and the luxurious cotton bedding led to very restful sleep. Thanks for your warm hospitality – and your attention to every detail! We are certain to return! Thanks again for the lovely bottle of Valais wine!
